The item doesn't include the wall charger. If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. What is the model of the phone you are trying to charge? Please note only wireless-enabled devices will work with this device.
2. Is your phone centered in the middle of the PowerWave?
3. Does the LED on the pad light up at all?
4. Does restarting your phone help?
5. Does trying a different wall charger cause the LED on the PowerWave to light up?
6. Does trying a different cable help?
7. Does removing your phone case help? Please note thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging.

Just lay my iphone and apple watch both on it at bed time. They both stay connected all night and are full charged in just a few hours. The watch port stands up so i can see a digital clock at any time.

It won’t let you charge both phone and watch at the same time. Hasn’t been a problem yet, since I still have regular charging cable available to use for my phone and iPads.

I would like you to send me your advise so that it can be resolved. I think if you can arrange to get an exchange for a different brand such as Belkin or so. Let me know by email.

You attach your watch charger underneath, and it is well set-up to secure the extra cord within the charger base. It took a couple of tries to figure out how to align my phone correctly, but now I can set it down perfectly on the first try.

Randomly - the charging platform sits on a table and is rarely moved. In other words nothing happened to damage it. Yes, it’s not new, but there’s no reason for the plastic to simply crack on its own. Disappointing. Now the watch charger doesn’t stay in place very well.

However, I’ve had my phone die twice this week already because it says it’s charging my phone (blue light indicator) but it’s not actually charging.

- What happens when you restart your phone and try again?
- What happens when trying the charger with another wireless-charging phone?
- Please confirm the phone is centered in the wireless charger

I unplug it every night when my phone is done charging to prevent the buzzing. Keep in mind this was an open box; so, that might have something to do with the buzzing.
