Didn't charge my XS Max, barely secured it in the vehicle as well. Avoid.

The securing clamp stopped gripping after about 10 days

I bought this product to go in my Jeep Wrangler. I've been using it for a few months now, and here are the things I've noticed: Pros: Works well, will hold on to your phone and charge well. Cuts down on distracted driving Includes multiple clips so you can pick the best one for your vehicle One of the clips includes a fork that will prop up your phone just a little higher Cons: Doesn't fit well in a Jeep, because of the positioning of the air vents almost directly behind the steering wheel Included USB cable is junk (stopped working within days) Fork on the clip is too short, so my phone points downward Overall, I'd recommend this product, but ask a Best Buy tech if they have a display model you can test with your vents. Jeep JLU vents immediately droop if you put any weight on them, so this isn't a good fit for a Jeep owner. I recommend a Qi charger mount that has a metal articulating arm.

This product was super easy to install and works perfectly. My phone sits in the dock and charged immediately without me trying to align it. It doesn't take up a lot of space and holds my phone securely even on bumpy roads.

I recently purchased a S10 Plus and wanted to try a wirless car charger. I bought a cheaper one at best buy but it was flimsy, and did not hold my phone with case. I returned it and saw this online. I am familiar with Anker as I have purchased their powerbanks in the past for camping trips. great build quality and performance. This Wirless car charging dock is no exception. Very solid build not flimsy at all. Its extends extra wide, and there is a side button release that stops at an chosen point. Keeps my s10+ secure in my 98 crv. Comes with 2 types of air vent attachments. Either work. One has legs for extra support. Only problem I had was when I plugged In the charger to outlet in car. Would blink blue for a few mins and then turned solid red. The manual states overheating. So I was concerned and exchanged at best buy. Same thing. Contacted anker. Turned out this is a smart charger and you have to download app to adjust settimg and color of led on changer. Kind of weird their default color is the color on the manual that states overheating. Anyway problem solved. Amazing charger. Buy it you won't regret it.

I'm very impressed with this product. It is high quality and one of the only wireless car chargers i found that supports the iPhone's Xs 7.5w fast charge capability. I tried another wireless car charger prior to this one that supported 5w and 10w charging and the 5w universal mode couldn't charge my iPhone's battery while using GPS. Even worse, it made my phone get very hot which slowed it down to a crawl. It also didn't work well in landscape mode (phone kept coming loose) This unit was able to charge the battery with the GPS app running on a bright display without heating up my phone, and it works great in landscape mode. The package also includes a high-end Roav Spectrum QC 3 / IQ+ / smart charger (it has a companion app). This is not prominently mentioned in the product description. To compare value, I found the same wireless pad only-version online (under the Anker brand - same group of companies) for only a few dollars less. The Anker product does not come with a QC 3 quick charger making this an overall better value unless you already have a charger. Note that in-store this item is not found with the rest of the cell phone accessories. I found it hidden in the car audio/car accessories department.

I bought this product primarily because I trust the Anker name. I didn't use the vent mount part of it, but rather I replaced the vent mount with a suction cup mount and it works really well. It charges my phone even with a rubber case on it which is very hard to find. It is very solid and sturdy and I have no complaints at all

Vent mounts are notoriously flimsy. This one is not an exception. The phone is held securely in place, even if the vent clip is sub par.

It is awesome. Chargers while navigating. Very handy.

Didn’t even make it home from the store before it quit working & I only live 5 mins away. Set it in the cradle and it charges for just seconds before it quits....spose one could just keep doing that until it’s fully charged but I’d rather just return it tomorrow. Shame because it seems like a solid mount.
