My experience with this device it wouldn’t charge my phone all the way to full. I need the device to fully charge I took it back.

This was not stable enough when I installed it in my car - kept falling off.

This charger is convenient while driving but doesn’t seem to be a fast charger at all. Gets the job done.

The mount itself was good quality and stayed on the vent relatively well. However, it charged my phone so slow that it took hours to charge, even though the box claimed it was fast charging. I have a Galaxy S9, which does support fast charging.

Good charger, but sometimes falls off the vent with an iPhone 11 Pro Max.

It was not as fast charging as I anticipated. My phone keeps falling too when I accidentally ran over a pothole, drove over a speed bump or hit my brakes hard. It's still better to charge the phone with a cord.

The in-vent hold option are weak and unstable. The mount itself is too heavy to be stable with in-vent mounting. Add to that a modern smartphone and it's too much weight. if you want to mount this to a dash or window you might have better results.

This in concept seems like a great idea, however falls very short. First of all, it doesn’t clamp well on my air vent and is very wobbly. Second, it says fast charge, but is actually quite the opposite. My phone is using more power with music and gps than it is charging back. Even though it says wireless fast charging. And last but not least the worst part of this product. It completely stops working when it gets too hot. Which is a problem if you live in Southern California where the average temperature is 70-80 degrees everyday. Should’ve bought the warranty for this. Regrettable waste of money.

The box was received with obvious signs it was previously opened and returned. The unit may fit other vehicles well but to this point I’ve not identified a secure way to mount the unit.

This is the worst cell phone holder I have ever owned. It does not stay on the vent for more than a minute. It's too heavy and bulky. It does not charge consistently. It goes off and on even though the cable is attached securely. I removed it from the vent but left my phone attached so it would continue to charge which it did on and off but when I released my phone from the holder after about 10 minutes my phone was extremely hot to the touch. It was 70 degrees outside and I had my air conditioner on so the car was not hot.

Way too messy take up alot of space and don't come with enough options to make it more simple. They need to throw in more options to place it on dash too and clean up the wires

Cool concept and very easy to install, but quality is doo doo! Broke and stopped charging within 2 weeks of use! How swayyyyy!?

Could not get this item to work in my car, due to the vent clip.

Returned it immediately. Did not charge my phone. It dit hold the phone in place.

I'm so disappointed, i have Galaxy Note 10+ phone with regular thick case on. It doesn't charge at all while the case on. Also it doesn't fast charge when case is took off with the cigarette adapter comes with that. Totally wrong description. I returned it.

This is the second one. Light on the cat charger this plugs into goes from blue to red which indicates it is not working. I have contacted the company and have gone back and forth for a week. It is such a great idea. Hoping it can still be sorted out with the company.

Does not clip to the outlook correctly and I have adjusted it numerous times. Go down the road just a short distance and it drops along with the cell phone. Total junk. I would return it for a refund but apparently, I'm too late.

Unfortunately, this device will not stay in a charge status. I have tried using it in different vehicles and the end result is the same. I am going to return the item.

The wireless charger was not strong enough to be able to always charge my device. It was unable to charge through a case.

Plastic is dry and brittle. Locking but that holds the charger to the base was cracked out of the package.
