However, the signal drops so often. It is just plain unreliable for anything. I regret this purchase.

Sure but your audio is going to sound like a radio station going out of range. The audio is not clear, this is hands down the worst Bluetooth transmitter I have ever owned. Not one station came in clear. Better off getting a Bluetooth speaker and transmitting to that.

Can't return it because I've passed the 2 weeks for returns.

Once connected to my car it was very staticky and kept going in and out. I tried it in my daughters car and had the same problem. I really wished I would have returned it when I had the chance.

There's an unreasonable amount of static when connected to my phone via Bluetooth. They say an aux cord would help but if I had an aux cord setting I wouldn't need Bluetooth.
