I bought this for transmitter on the recommendation of friends. They love theirs! I like it, but I get a lot if interference. It's set on 95.1 & I can't find another open channel to try it on. When its clear, it does have great sound. And it works well for GPS through my radio too.

Solid transmitter and charger but not perfect

Back when I first got this device i would have given it five stars but comparing it with the new model that has two fast charging ports (one USB-A and one USB-C) I would say I much prefer having two fast charging ports since when you're on the road is when you really need a fast charging charger. The audio quality on this transmitter is not great but it's much better than other transmitters i've had. It connects to stations with a strong connection, I never really had to worry about static. Sometimes the volume can be too low and you'll have to turn the volume way up and you'll hear a hissing noise which can drive you insane. Another thing that drove me nuts was that it would take 20 to 30 seconds each time I started the car for it to pair with my phone. Other than that, this transmitter has done it's job to keep me entertained while on the road and my phone charged for many many miles.

My Daughter wanted one of these for Christmas. She wanted to be able to play music on her phone through the radio in her car. I bought her one for Christmas, only to find out that a friend of hers had already bought her one. I had to return it.

I bought this because I got a new phone without an aux port but have an older car with only a CD and cassette player. This works pretty well. Sometimes there is some static, but not always. It’s nice that sometimes it automatically pairs, and other times I need to manually connect it. I like that it announces when it has paired. Would recommend this!

It doesn't entirely replace not having a car with built in bluetooth anymore but it gets the job done and I have not had any issues with it thus far.

I wanted to stream music from my phone to a factory radio in an old Jeep and this does the job? I really like that it remembers my phone and automatically connects to the Bluetooth. I haven't experienced the background noise issue that others have mentioned but it makes sense that if your FM station reception was not good that you may encounter that. It solved my problem and for a small amount of money.

I love cutting out the aux cord in my car set up. The only annoying part is no matter which station I pick I always get some white noise peeking through. I guess that’s just the trade off for going wireless through a station though. The IQ charging port is crazy fast for my phone, getting almost 50% charge on a 30 minute drive.

Not perfect, but better than the other 2 we tried. This has pretty good sound in general, but with some weird exceptions. When we you brake it causes static to come through the speakers (I don’t have any idea why). There’s not static when this isn’t hooked up. It does have less static than 2 other brands we tried.

I’ve had a couple of these in my car and this was the first Bluetooth one I’ve had. I think it was a bit pricey for what people got theirs for. I have an lancer evo 9 so this looks aesthetically pleasing with the fake carbon fiber and it looks almost a part of the car. The signal does get static around heavy traffic that’s also a little annoying. I think it was really expensive but I really wanted one there and then and they had no other options.

Works the way it should. I was tired of having to buy aux cables that kept breaking since my car doesn't have bluetooth. So I looked into the transmitters. I'm happy I bought the ROAV. It's very easy to install, doesn't feel like cheap quality material and has other features then just playing music. I also like the fact that the station numbers glow in red which match with the dashboard and console lights in my car.

This great little gadget made it possible to have Bluetooth hands free phone connection in my old car using my FM radio as the audio. Can talk in phone hands free. Listen to any audio books, music or other files. Plus, monitors car battery charge, charges phone and has map app to locate car in parking lot. Works as advertised. Very much worth it. Must download phone app for full benefit.

    A Great FM Transmitter

This FM transmitter just blows away, the previous product that I had. So much easier to find a clear frequency, skip to the next song, and answer incoming phone call, etc. There is an app, for your phone, with great settings options. One thing I really loved was that, with my previous transmitter, playback volume was weak. With the ROAV, the volume is significantly louder, and has better clarity. I bought a second one, for a Christmas gift.

It works well. I got this as a gift for my mother and she uses it and states no problems. I think its afordable for what you get. Only reason its 3 stars is due to its flimsy structure.
