Doesn't work very well

I tried it on every frequency on my radio, and only 2 ever even got any sound at all to come through, and even in those cases, there was a loud overlay of static that permeated over the entire signal. Not only that, but as soon as the car started moving, it seemed like the static got worse and worse, to the point of eventually drowning out all other sound altogether until the car came to a stop. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that it does work quite well as a rapid charger for my phone, so it's not entirely useless.
