Love the brand but left disappointed

But no matter how much I try changing the frequency, I am left with too much static, and at times, only static, leaving me disappointed with the transmitter aspect. As for the charging aspect, I don't know why they included an option to disable the charging port, i have turned it off by accident trying to find a clear channel to play my music. Overall I'm disappointed and now in the market for a replacement.

Low volume, skips, won't shut off. It's a lemon.

The car radio volume has to be at about 85% of max in order to hear the audio books I'm trying to play through this device. Also, for some reason, the phone stays connected when I turn the car off, which means I have to manually turn the device off every time. In short, this product is a lemon. Do not buy.
