For an Anker product, I'm very disappointed. There is constant noise and interference using this transmitter, no matter what frequency I'm using. The button that is supposed automatically search for an optimal frequency to switch to also never works; it always randomly picks a channel that already has interference from another station. I've tried switching between different outlets in my car and it does not help either. I do not recommend this product.

This item did not work at all. I followed the instructions for streaming music with this device from my phone through my car speakers, but it does not work without hearing static through the music. I was shocked when I went to return it 18 days after ordering it, to find out I was past the return date, especially for a defective product. Yes, it was on me to know that Best Buy has a very restrictive 15 day return policy. As a result, I will not be shopping at Best Buy in the future, knowing that there are plenty of other businesses that have a MUCH better return policy.

Always has Static. No trouble shooting help. Tried many positions and channels on unit to no avail. Wont try anymorr

Doesn't pick up channels well and you can hear a bunch of static when a call is not happening or music is not playing.

This little piece works about 60% of the time. Really distracting when im driving, thos thing goes in and out. Got a good phone, no excuse. Good thing i got it when itwas on sale.

This product is substandard on many levels. It’s not plug & play like many other similar devices as well as the instructions are misleading. Once you finally get a station you can use, this device does not give you clear sound. You hear a great deal of static regardless of what station you choose. Out of the 5 or 6 stations available, you hear static on all of them. Also, when choosing another station, there is some crossover from the station next to it.

Not sure if it’s defective but I’m getting a lot of static from mines

No matter which station I pick, it still has horrible signal with loads of interference and a large portion of the time, if you’re charging the phone you’re playing music through, it’ll cut out intermittently. Very annoying! The usb-c charging port above the usb-a port is nice though. Still, the quality is so bad it gets one star. DONT waste your money on one of these!

Maybe it’s Houston Tx, but when you get to a workable station it’s a very scratchy sound

Very staticky no matter the station and location I put it at. Looked very premium but didn’t perform as expected.

Didn’t connect well to radio stations got lots of feedback on every station option.

Doesn’t work well when there are too many FM stations. And only one device can connect to it

Too much static in the fm transmitter. Not worth it unless you have an audio input.

The thing Cuts out or picks up others radios or phone calls

Works but very noisy, have to change frequency every 3-5 minutes

I returned it. Too much static coming through the speakers.

The thing is very staticky I don’t like it so far might be returning shortly
