I've used many of these types of products . . . this one has poor range of transmission frequency, clumsy interface, hard to pair, and impossible to get sound transmission from your phone's blue tooth to come out through your FM radio. If you're within your return window, you'll return this for sure! I couldn't seem to get "time" + product + receipt + a Best Buy store together at the same time . . . so . . . it's in my trash bin.

Initially, the first 3 months worked fine without any problem. Then it started making noise and sometimes the noise is so severe that you can't hear the call or music. It's a total waste of money.
