I took it back and got another one in its place. I personally think there should be more testing of these devices for longevity and durability. They are not cheap by far, but don’t last long at all.

Other times, not so much. Then there were the times when it SAID it was connected, it showed up on my iPhone 10S Max as "connected", and NO SOUND. I got my iPhone through Best Buy, too. You'd think they'd play well together.
