Horrible. Will waste your time with static so you can’t ever enjoy the music. They need to offer therapy sessions for the time wasted and frustration of constantly trying to find a channel that works. I will try other products and if they are better I will stick to my review. If they are just as bad, then I’ll presume it’s par for the course and remove my review.

Bought this for my mom who inherited her dad’s truck. I wrongfully assumed she and my aunt were just bad with technology when they told me it didnt work, so i tried it in my car and it worked fine. Fools, i thought. Then when i myself also could not get it to work in the truck i realized its the product not user error. I didnt bother troubleshooting and just put my amazon-bought fm transmitter (Nulaxy Wireless in-Car Bluetooth FM Transmitter Radio Adapter Car Kit W 1.44 Inch Display Supports TF/SD Card and USB Car Charger for All Smartphones Audio Players-KM18) in the truck and i will use the Roav one in my car. i dont recommend buying this, it just doesnt work in all cars for reasons unknown. buy the one on amazon, its cheaper and works in a truck and my rav4.

Too many fm stations in our area and therefore impossible to find a channel that works. that’s not the transmitters fault but I still give it two stars because the idea of this technology is dated.

Best Buy should protect their reputation and remove this unit from their inventory. All good reviews are from those who just bought this product, but if you read the reviews from those of us who have used it for more than 3 months then you'll see the true quality. Even if you're still within the warranty timeline, you will have to go through several phone calls, emails and a possible extra download before wanting to give up. Unfortunately, it's a waste of your time, energy and money. Please don't fall for buying this like we did.

My old car radio has no blue-tooth connection. I thought this product would be a great work-around! Bought it and, over a period of months, tried many time to make it work. It never would. Took it to the place from which I bought it (Best Buy) and found a knowledgeable employee to assist. He came out to my car, tried for thirty minutes, and could not make the F3 work. Based on reading a lot of product reviews I presume my snafu is rare. My ROAV went into the garbage.

It looks not bad and the price is good, but do not be fooled! The sound is just awful! No matter how you connect the sound, all what you hear is the crackling noise and a very bad sound of your music
