Having hard time to answer calls, had to purchase additional attachments to be able to stay in ear one provided didn’t secure piece from fall out. Don’t have any app to better know more about product. I would not recommend this product, not worth the money for what is offered

Posted .We suggest utilizing the other size ear tips provided in the box. Try going up or down in ear tip size to ensure the best volume. Going up or down in ear tip size will help with the volume issue on calls but we also recommend after finding the correct ear tips, try twist and locking the earbuds into your ears for the best fit. I'll pass your feedback of this product not being included in the app up the chain of command to our engineers so we can hopefully see app support for the Liberty Air's in the future.
