I’m not sure what the problem is but within 8 weeks these headphones were basically unreliable. Also I never was able to sync to my pc laptop.
Regarding the battery life:
The charging case always displays as all 3 lights lit up, meaning the headphones are charged.
But I have to actually monitor the tiny battery icon otherwise I can find them completely discharged. And this is despite the fact they have been charging!
Never able to sync to laptop (Windows OS).
Also note to runners - you can’t hear a thing with these playing music, so be sure that works for you. I prefer to be able to hear the general ambient noise and traffic.

These headphones are very spotty when I'm at the gym. I cannot place my phone on the floor while sitting on the bench without the audio coming in and out. My phone has to be in my pocket for decent connection. Would not purchase again.
