It's just SO bad! I'm not an audiophile and planned on using these with iwatch while trail running. But even jammed into my ears with zero ambient noise, the sound is weak, tinny, hollow. I actually don't enjoy bass-forward sounds at all, and these were still awful. Bonus: as mentioned in other reviews, the "bass up" EQ sounds exactly the same as "normal". If you can get past the crappy sound... Fit: incredible uncomfortable after a few minutes but don't move around. Build quality: seems really solid throughout. Charging case is compact but sturdy. Connectivity: had zero problems connecting/staying connected to iphone 11 pro. Location of controls are awkward but probably would have gotten used to them or just used the iwatch as control. Returning them tomorrow.

That’s simply not true. One of the problems I faced was trying to decipher the cryptic directions. Adjusting the the volume or the bass was incomprehensible. Some trial and error I finally figured it out. It’s not a bad item but I was disappointed nonetheless.

Normally the earbuds will reconnect to the last paired device automatically, but to connect them with a second device, you can try below ways:
- Turn off Bluetooth on the current device so Spirit X2 can enter pairing mode.
or
- 1. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
- 2. Press and hold the button on the back of the case for 3 seconds until one earbud's LED flashes white quickly. The earbuds will disconnect from the current device and enter pairing mode.

Bought a 12.00 pair of AirPods at big lots that sound way better than these. It comes with a cool case but that’s the only thing good about this product. They put all their effort in the case and not the earphones. Trying to pair them suck as well. Go to big lots. Don’t buy this junk.
