    Too much bass; touch controls are convoluted

    Build quality was good, but the sound quality was super bass heavy... almost annoyingly bass heavy. Really liked for the ear hooks since they are so rare on wireless buds for some reason. Other than that though I would look somewhere else if you want balanced sound quality. Also the control scheme is really strange.

    Went through 2 pair of these bluetooth head phones. First pair would not charge, only had for a month. Second pair, the right ear piece would turn on and off randomly. Save your money and pass on this.

    I have tried to give this earbuds a try for two weeks because of all the positive reviews but I can’t believe no one has talk about the call feature that doesn’t filter out background noise. I like to ride my bike and talk while riding, no one can hear me with the wind noise. Yup everyone that I have talk to hear wind in the background making it impossible to hear me. Than at home my brother I was speaking with could hear everything that is going on in my house. I work in an office with constant noise in the background and can’t afford for client to get the poor quality filter these earbuds have. On the way to take them back now.

    Keeps Unpairing - Don't buy

    Keep unpairing with phone when I go to use them, takes 15 minutes each time to re-pair then only one bud works. Frustrated!

    Almost every time I went to connect on my Samsung E tablet or my Motorola G7 I had to unpair and then re pair the device. Other than that they have a great sound

      Please try the tips to see if any help or not:
      1)Reset the headphones: Open the charging case, press and hold the button behind the charging case for 10 seconds. The LED indicators of the earbuds will flash red 3 times and then turn white.
      2)Reconnect the headphones again.
      3)Then turns off the Bluetooth on your device and turn it on again to see if they reconnect to the headphones automatically.

      Please note that the headphones only reconnect to the last paired device automatically.

    Broke After 3 Weeks

    These headphones worked great at first. I used them for running and working out. But after 3 weeks the left earbud stopped working. Then slowly the right earbud would not hold a charge either. Now only the right earbud works and only for about 30mins no matter how long I charge it. Now trying to contact Anker support to see what they can do about it.

      1. Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
      2. Charge the earbuds in the case for 1.5 hours and test the earbuds again. Make sure the charging case is with power.

    Hello there. I purchased these and they lasted about a day. I don’t care for them. They don’t sound very good and they won’t stay in my ears. I returned them.

    I dont like them. I have 2 phones and I can only connect to one. Where my other headset I can connect 2 phones at one time.

    You can’t answer it through your Bluetooth unless you have your phone so in other words there’s no answer button on Bluetooth

    Cheaper alternative to Powerbeats pros

    Super great fit, sound quality on par with price

    These things are great! Multiple sized earcups that were included were super helpful, experienced some ear pain initially, switched ear cup/support sizes and now they're super comfy when wearing for long periods of time. I got these for running and for motorcycling. They fit under my motorcycle helmet nicely, and don't fall out while riding. Super great for running as well, it's so nice not to have a cord dangling and bouncing around. Charging case is nice, USB-C is convenient. Pairing is seamless. If my phone's bluetooth is on, both headphones sync up seamlessly every time when I open the case. Sound quality is okay, bass is nice but was clipping on some songs playing from Spotify, I had to flatten my equalizer a bit and now they're great. Overall they're definitely great for their size, but don't expect them to sound like Master & Dynamic headphones. 10/10 would recommend, not going to find anything better for under $150.

    Very pleased with the build quality and overall performance. Only issue I have or left to be desired is the max volume. From my experience with in ear wireless headphones they have the same range as others. Wish they were a bit more loud at max setting. Can't change song from headphones only pause or play. Otherwise definately worth $80
