    Stopped working, eventually had to move cord at port area to get a connection and eventually broke off broke off at port (reading reviews it looks like this is a common complaint with anker cords)

    Purchased plug & cord less than 2 months ago and having problems. I believe cord is defective. Phone will not stay charged while plugged. If I move the cord in different positions I can see charge symbol & can hear beep but charge symbol will disappear & stop charging.

    Unfortunately, I had to return this item. No where did it state it was specifically for an ipad, ipod, etc., (apple products) . I didn't know it until I had picked it up and the box stated it. It wasn't even stated in the description.

    The manual shows two cords, an A and a C but this only comes with one cord so I can only use it to charge a phone. Very misleading
