Purchased a brand new one and drove 2 hours round trip for store pickup. Once we got home and powered it on, there were other people programmed onto it from 82 days ago and the cubes were already used!

My son love it!! A little too small but it’s ok. Easy to install

A good starter robot for kids... but a bit costly.

We had trouble every time we logged into Cozmo. Too frustrating we ended up returning.

After spending days looking and searching for cozmo to make sure my 6yr got one for christmas ( this was the only thing he asked santa for) we had found one in store at best buy, even though they was sold out online. Then christmas morning ( which is today) i got the cutest home video of my 6yrs reaction to opening cozmo. Then as we went to turn on cozmo and try him out, we couldnt get him to connect to our tablet and so i called anki help line and they looked up the code cozmo was showing and said its a malfunction. And the only thing they can do is have us mail them our cozmo, and once they receive it they will mail us out a new one. To say the least i have had a heart broken 6yr wondering why santa gave him a broken cozmo! And now he has to wait until a new one comes in the mail. Not how we expected our christmas to turn out or the type of quality id expect of a product purchased from best buy.

My son played with it for about a month and lost interest in it.

This isn't as neat as we had hoped. Now it's just another toy taking up space.

Kids might like this. A little glitchy with the facial recognition.

This looked like a really cool robot. But the size of it is really tiny for one. Then it doesn't really do much at tall. Very disappointed in this item and actually took it back for a refund. Not at all what I expected it to do.

This thing is impossible to set up. Took me 2 hours of tinkering to connect to my phone. I ended up smashing this thingamajig into a wall.

Hi, My kids were enjoying the cozmo robot until after a few days of usage we find the cozmo robot full of a smelly slimy liquid while it was on the charging base. This happened almost a week ago and so far I'm not daring to plug it in neither we did know the source of the liquid. I contacted anki and they replied asking some more questions. Hoping that they will solve it as my 6 yr old son is very disappointed from what happened as he has been waiting for his cozmo several months.

Had to return it, my son didn’t enjoy it much, he ended up going for something different.

It is fun for about an hour then it does nothing else. Hate to have to keep on charger all the time.

Had to return it. My nephew was to young to be able to use it. Looked really cool.

My 12 year old liked it for about a week but then cozmo died so sad. We are to return him for a replacement.

This robot really doesn't do anything. Its hyped up on the commercial to make kids want it. The 8 year old grandson got it on Christmas Eve. He played with it that night and the next day. Since then it has sat on the shelf. A total waste of money. I think I will try to sell it on eBay and put the money in his bank account.

Cozmo was fun for my 7 year old to play with...while he lasted. He no longer works though and the company is out of business. If there was continued support for this and he lasted longer than a year, I'd rate higher. Connectivity was a pain as well.

Mu son played with it for a day and now its pretty much gathering dust.
