This movie didn't get the love it deserves. Its gorgeous and original, macabre and joyful at once. The Blu Ray is super nice, I love the outer case and it comes with the DVD too, so you can loan it out to friends without putting your blu ray at risk

The acting and effects are great. Story is interesting, but a little confusing. If you are into a sci-fi thriller, this is a good movie for you.

Annihilation is one of the best movies of 2018. It's incredibly unnerving and ranks as one of the most horrifying and original sci-fi horror movies I've ever seen. A great achievement in filmmaking.

It was ok for an evening. You can multitask while watching this movie. Or, keep finger on fast forward button. You can borrow my DVD.

Not too many great sci-fi movies out in the theaters these days. This is one of the exceptions for 2018. Definitely recommend checking this out.

I really like this movie it was unusual and exciting I bought it because I saw the previews at the theater and I want to see in the theater but I didn't get a chance to do that and Natalie Portman was in it and that's another reason why I wanted to see it

Picture and sound are just alright, I feel like they could be better from the UHD disc. The movie is excellent though.

Director Alex Garland delivers one of the most interesting and underrated "sci-fi /drama" film that I've seen in a long time. I film harkening to the era of the great Andrei Tarkovsky's (1972 film Solaris). a must watch for any true science fiction buff.

A highly underrated movie! Wet well acted and the CGI is awesomely beautiful. Wish I could have picked it up in 4K but great movie none the less.

This is one of those films that most people would identify with, as it deals with themes of loss, betrayal, and self-destruction, which are a part of the human condition, and on top of that, you get a trippy, unsettling science fiction movie out of it.

The only reason I bought this movie is because of the rave reviews it got for its use of DolbyVision and DolbyAtmos. It didn't disappoint.

This is an intelligent sci fi movie, much like Arrival to me. The kind that makes you think and has a lot of hidden meanings. Interesting watch.

I would recommend this movie only for a mature audience because of the plot. The ending is a little confusing but that makes a great story.

After watching it for a bit I wasn't sure if it was an action or horror movie, it's really both. Interesting overall and an unexpected ending.

Nicely done disturbing film that not everyone willl like, but if you’re into weirdness and sci/fi you will certainly will want to check it out

Great movie. Actors are all phenomenal and the VFX and score... just amazing

I dug this movie, neat change to what seems like the norm in movies these days. Cool twist on what type of extraterrestrials there could be out there. Not a huge Portman fan but she did okay here and kept me glued to what might happen next.

Idea as well as cast and special FX. Was hoping to love this film, ended up just liking it...but maybe i will after another viewing.

If you liked the rather strange movie 'Ex-Machina', then you might like this movie as well. Natalie Portman plays the lead role well and the story itself, though strange as I've mentioned, will keep you (I think) intrigued until the end.
