At first this precision cooker takes some getting used to, but once get the hang of it, your food will come out delicious and perfectly cooked, Bluetooth has horrible range this is reason for 4 stars

Meat is cooked uniformly. So bo charred edges but red centers. I tried this with steak and it was delicious.

I really like this unit. It got to temperature pretty quick and maintained for the entire length of my cook.

I’ve had the Anova precision cooker and used it once to make filets. Hands down it makes one of the best filets that I’ve tasted. My father and mother were visiting and they both commented on how tender and delicious the meat was. The cons are the amount of prep time needed and the limited amount of information on cooking multiple steaks at various temperature. The bottom line is it’s ideal for a dinner for two who have the same steaks preference....but becomes slightly complex with multiple preferences and a larger group.

This is a great device and easy to use. Bluetooth app is sometimes finicky, but overall this is well worth it

The Anova prepares meals to perfection with the right temperature. Some additional searing of meats necessary. It is also necessary to have a vacuum sealed bag process. Most containers can be used.

Totally changed the way we cook now. Much better texture and flavor. I have recommended this to all my friends and family.

The Anova is a great sous vide cooking device. I'm new to the technique and the Anova is pretty easy to use. There is a newer version that has WiFi but the bluetooth only version works well enough for me.

We have never had such perfect steaks at home! The perfect temperature and consistency.

My first real kitchen gadget and I love it. I've used it to make steaks and they have come out perfect.
