I've tested recipes for steak, pork chops, chicken, etc. Everything has turned out perfect for us. I'm still learning testing temps and best way to finish, but I'm loving it so far. I did get a tub and created a lid so water would heat up faster. Makes this a great addition to easy and tasty meals.

The biggest problem that I have is Best Buy keeps asking for this review before I have had time to use it more. I will be using this today for beff tenderloin that I will then sear (this is something that I have already done twice so far). When you slice the beef it is consistent color throughout.
