This is a very cost effective way to explore this way of cooking.

Does what it is supposed to do and does it well, no complaints.

If you haven't tried Sous Vide your missing out. This unit works great!

Been wanting to get one for a little while and use it quite often

It cook first step and you have to cook it again....

I used this product a few times and I now like it.

The Bluetooth model, to me, is limited. Spend the extra $$ and buy the WiFi model. As far as the cooking, both work great, but the app functionality is limited with Bluetooth only.

But only in theory. Takes way to long to cook something and you still have to have a secondary way to 'top off your meal' to make it not look bland and boiled. Returned it.

This is a very slick device with neat integration with the phone app. I am using it for the second time and having what appears to be a common problem from what I’m reading online. The impeller is viewable through the clear plastic cover at the bottom of the unit, and it easily gets out of alignment and makes a terrible grinding sound. People said to unscrew the plastic cover and gently nudge it back to the center, but I couldn’t get it off. I found something small enough to slide in there to move it, but this is not a durable design.

I bought this on a Deal of the Day and ended up returning it. It seemed pretty cool until I got frustrated with the instructions. It’s probably just me though....

I think using this device for home use us great but for commercial I don't think is worth even trying.... Is sous vie is not boiling the meat and that wetsuits machine does

The device disconnects from Bluetooth very often..

Not a value and very cumbersome to use...tried it several times and found it now sits in the drawer... Would not recommend unless you are just curious and have $$ to waste...you will likely not use it long term...

So the unit is fantastic and worked like a champ..... right up to the point where it didn't. Something went wrong with the thermostat and it no longer was able to regulate a correct temperature. What can I say, its a machine and its prone to break I suppose but I didn't have it for a full week and I would like to think that the components used to build this were more robust than that. Ill give it another try and if it doesn't work Ill find another manufacturer that isn't afraid to use dependable parts.

The process of sous vide cooking is ridiculous. I as a chef know how to cook using normal traditional methods. 2 hours to cook a medium rare steak is dumb to me. I get the concept but long periods of cooking in controlled temperatur water is useless to me. This is my opinion. Over all i do think it is a good product just one i will never use.

Just boil it yourself. This is, for me, not really a time saver.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift on October 12th and it wasn't opened until December 25th which was outside Best Buy's return window. The unit was defective and wouldn't power up. Had to buy another unit for my grandson. Not a good thing. Won't be buying any more gifts from Best Buy

Best Buy did everything just as they stated. I have no issues with them. The product was defective out of the box. Would not heat water. Tried with app and without. Am returning product and not getting another. My time is valuable and this was a waste of it. I would give it a zero if possible.
