Original unit returned to store and replaced due to noisy circulator and faulty control panel. Replacement seems to work fine, and if I believe the display, holds temperature very steady. Temperature accuracy at 130F was spot on when compared with my precision thermometer. Clamp for mounting to side of container could be better designed for improved mounting flexibility and ease of use.

This version is much smaller than the originals. Works great like it’s predecessors.

I have owned several sous vide units. This one is a little smaller than my other units but still does a great job keeping the temperature stable. The temperature is super easy to set but is only available in .5 degree increments. My only issue with this unit is that the clamp is so small and not removable. I could not fit the clamp over either of my containers—I have a 6 gallon cooler and a plastic container. Both worked great with my other Anova unit. I ignore the Bluetooth/WiFi settings on this device and just set my time manually. I found that is much more reliable.

Really like this tool. Guy at work has one that we used several times and I bought this one to use at home. Comes with a handy magnet with cooking temps and times as well. Especially good for when you want to cook something and can’t sit there and watch it all day. Set it and forget it until you are ready to eat. Prevents overcooking.

Last model was better... this one has less chrome and is harder to clean. Still a great product and cooks very well

I'm pleased with the ease of use. This is NOT the product for you if your in a rush for your meal but I really enjoy the end results!

Not sure why anyone would spend any more on a sous vide..very accurate and heats fast and cooks consistently. What more is there? Well done.

I bought this for a gift blessed Christmas, and we have used it a lot. It is absolutely fabulous, so I am buying another this year for a gift. Cook a steak to your preferred doneness, then finish quickly on the grill and it is absolutely perfect.
