I like the cooker, but disappointed that it broke after 120 days, the return window is 100 days. I haven't really used it a lot. Less than once a week in the 3 months I had it, and only for 1-3 hour at the time. Now it sounds like the internal bearing has worn out. It shakes and screeches so I can hear it in the other end of the house. I like the cooker, but expected more after having paid 2x compared to other low cost units.

I expected more cook quality, Not something special really. I like to cook my steak on the grill more than by this device.

This is ok if you want to wait forever to cook something. Feels cheap.

It's a bit tricky to use and after I used it to seal some marinated shrimps some of the sauce got everywhere, I cleaned it out with a pretty damp towel to make sure I got through all the crevices and it ended up shorting out. For something that's a chicken item and heavily deals with liquid I would of thought it'd be more water resistant... It's not even 2 months old..

Would invest a bit more for the pro version. This unit is loud and annoying

I was really excited to try this. I could not get the display to State anything other than low. Had the water filled to the maximum mark and it still displayed low. I tried swapping it out at the store but they no longer have any in stock. Very disappointed with this purchase

Great cooker, but both the prop and clip broke around the 45 day mark. Prop can be 3d printed, but the clip has to have alot of glue. Anova customer service doesnt exist. Email and calls go unanswered.

I called BB bc this random order popped up on my account. They did nothing to fix the issue even though they said they’d take care of it. Poor response so be careful with your information!

Breaks after a couple months. Happened multiple times now. Not worth the hassle.

The temp wavers & the connection goes out at random. It never sends the low water alarm or the time alert

I love the Anova Nano. It is very easy to use and can be controlled by an app on your phone. Simply turn it on, put your food in, and let the Sous Vide do the rest.

I did come across the same exact issue on reddit before I purchased it but I really didn't think much of it. Filled up water to about half way between MIN and MAX, Low water level alert and didn't work. Filled about full, low water level again and didn't work. And the reason why I didn't even bother exchanging with another unit is that between MAX and MIN water level is so shallow that no matter what you will end up filling it up a lot of water even for a single piece of steak. With the FIXED clamp, you really can't fill up to MAX anyways as that will level up to the exact same level as the pot you are putting in. And your pot better be perfect sized, because that fixed hinge won't fit whole lot of it. Save your money and get a different unit that will let you have more flexibility. Thank me later.
