Great cooking tool, would just suggest getting a container for it. pots just don't cut it

I have been very impressed with the Anova Nano sous vide cooker. Just season, bag, and make air-tight. Turns out perfect each time.

Cook a steak like this with the seasonings locked in and you wont go back. All the juices and moisture stay in the steak.

This was a Valentines day gift for my wife. She used to be a trained Chef but is in absolute love with this. You basically can't mess up a meal. Our time to get to eat isn't always when we want due to our two kids. If it stays longer in the bath it isn't going to over cook until we get the chance to finally finish dinner and enjoy a hot meal instead of overcooked or cold.

I honestly thought the wireless features would be more than what it is. It won’t even send me notifications for the timer going off. Regardless, it was a decent price and does what it’s supposed to do.
