I bought this for a gift blessed Christmas, and we have used it a lot. It is absolutely fabulous, so I am buying another this year for a gift. Cook a steak to your preferred doneness, then finish quickly on the grill and it is absolutely perfect.

The Anove Precision Cooker Nano was a terrific purchase. You have to realize ahead of time anything you cook with this item will take a good amount of time to finish, so don't buy if you're looking for a quick meal. The food, however, tastes fantastic.

This cooker has changed the way I operate. Found a recipe for Sous vide egg bites similar to a certain coffee companies and they are amazing. Steaks turn out brilliant with a finish on the cast iron skillet. Once I master this, will probably upgrade to the mid range model.

I read some negative reviews but they proved to be untrue. I have cooked steak and chicken using it and it did everything it was supposed to do. I admit it is fragile looking but the trick is don't overtighten the clamp and don't drop it.

The Anova Nano works great as described. Have cooked steaks and vegetables. Delicious !!! Haven't had it that long and hope it holds up. From all the reviews we have seen, it should. We have a Food Saver which makes this product very easy to use, as well, but not necessary.

Easy to use and makes great steaks. Make sure you have a good vaccuum sealer however

Great item to have as long as you know what you're cooking ahead of time. You will need a couple of hours for the for food to be ready but it makes perfect steak every time. I bought this for $30 on sale and would recommend if it's in that price range, otherwise buy a multi function pressure cooker that does sous vide. It's not worth anything over the $50 range. For the price and what I use it for I'm very happy.

Not a foodie at all. BUT, HOLY WOW. This thing is awesome. I've cooked steak, eggs and chicken now (stuffed with cream and herbs) and let me tell you, never had a more moist outcome. This is better then our instapot, takes up little room and is just awesome.

Bought this at a great price for an uncommon use. I'm using it to heat darkroom chemicals for color film processing which tends to be very temperature sensitive. I really like the connection to the iPhone. Maybe I'll try it for cooking someday!

Awesome little device. I had the bigger more expensive unit that died on me after 3 years of moderate use. Hope this one last longer... It heats quickly, doesn't move the water too much but as expected from a cheaper device.

Anova is one of the best Sous vide machines. It is easy to use. And great for meats

I am new to sous vide cooking, but so far I love this product and the results. It is very easy to use and the app and remote access provided by the app is a very nice convenience.

Works as well as its more expensive brother that has blue tooth. The higher end model lasted us about 3 yrs, but we use the souls vide method 3-4 times a week. We love it.

My original Anova is probably 3 years old, 1,000 watts and easily has a thousand hours of run time. That unit is just a war horse. The nano is the new sleek kid that lacks some punch in terms of the ability to heat smaller quantities of water in a respectable amount of time. The WiFi/app combination is good, but certainly not great as the connection is lost repeatedly. One design challenge is the fact that the clamp can't be adjusted and you have a narrow window of how much water can be in the vessel. The Nano will sit in the middle of the vessel you don't have as much room for varying water levels This unit would be good for smaller water vessels and smaller items to be SV'd. That lack of wattage really makes a difference. My advice is go big on wattage, as that's what drives the water temp.

Absolutely love my Anova. I've made so many items from this precision cooker and it has not failed me. I've cooked for 48 hours straight without it causing an issue.

This is a great machine to cook your meats. It leaves the steaks, pork chops and roasts juicy and tender. Corn on the cob when cooked with this machine is out of this world the best ever. it is a fantastic way to cook.
