Avoid this model at all costs

I want to emphasize that I never used it improperly, dropped it, damaged it, or disassembled it. One day, it made a weird noise unlike the normal hum and kept giving me the “Lo” error and shutting off. I figure it’s time to clean it, so I pick it up out of the water and the face of the device comes right off with no snap—it was just loosely sitting on the rest of the device! All of the wiring and electronics are now exposed, the face of the device has come off, the device won’t work at all, and at no point did I do anything that would have damaged it (dropping, etc). Shockingly poor craftsmanship—save your money.
