Anova Vacuum Sealer

They were pictures only and we could not get it to work properly. We had to YouTube it and now it works great.

It works most of the time

Lay your food out evenly in the bag. Make sure the bag is perfectly placed in the clamp without wrinkles, and there isn't much liquid in the bag. When all the above are met, you have a good chance if getting all the support out and a good seal. I didn't have great luck with cooked baby back ribs.
