It works perfect wish i could find the bowls for it.

I have had over a half a dozen of this type, they didn’t work liked what they advertised. This has manual processing which is worth the purchase!

Sous Vide is a great way to cook. I tried using ziplock bags and that worked ok, but the vacuum sealer is far better.

Big upgrade from the cheap 1 i had. Bag roll on board and cutter work great. Having a wet option is nice, not having juice or water getting into the sealer

I was impressed straight from the box. So far I've ran 20lbs. of Meat through it without a hitch. I think this is a quality product that will last for years. I really like the look of quality, and the double sealer is a fantastic option.

This product did not work! It did not seal well - many of the bags quickly puffed up with air after sealing. I love the Anova brand. I have had an Anova immersion sous vide wand for years and it works great. I have another (much simpler) model of Anova vacuum sealer and it works great. It has no bells and whistles - just vacuums and seals. So I was excited to get this one that has bag roll storage inside and a cutter, plus an impressive clamp that holds down the lid firmly for sealing. However, the darned thing doesn't seal up the bags! Sometimes it did, other times not. I used to have a fancy sealer from the leading brand (the one that is a "food saver") and it was the same way - lots of cool features but the bags weren't actually sealed much of the time. I recommend you try the much simpler (and much cheaper) Anova vacuum sealer, also available at Best Buy.

For a long time I had been wanting to get one of these. I finally pulled the trigger during one of best buy sales. After a couple of weeks of use it wasn’t sealing the bags properly. I think it doesn’t get hot enough to melt the bag. The vacuum also feels weak, sometimes it won’t suck all the liquid out of the bag. Dissatisfy with the product I barely use it anymore. Thinking about trying a different brand.

Maybe we got a faulty unit, but this device did not work as it should. It leaves pockets of air in the bag. We have used a vacuum sealer for 20 years, and we were replacing one that we had for at least the last 10 years. It seals great but leaving air pockets doesn’t keep the meat from being freezer burnt. Apparently there is only a 15 day return or exchange policy on small appliances from Best Buy, and the Geek Squad service I bought was completely ineffective because I would have to drive over an hour each way to use it - for small appliances you have to go to the store for service even if the item is not working from the beginning. We are contacting the manufacturer because they have a 100 day satisfaction guarantee plus a 2-year warranty. I should have read the fine print on all of this as I rarely buy the extra store warranty and obviously shouldn’t have in this case.

Works great for sealing meats. Havent tried with anything else but has certainly helped save money.

The instructions are a little confusing on how to use it, I had to YouTube on what to do. Sometimes it’ll vacuum on the 1st try and sometimes I have to do it 2 or 3 more times and it still doesn’t seem like it completely vacuumed and suctioned all the air.

Works wells, suction is good and sealed really fast. Good product

When sealing dry goods it's fine. When doing meats and it draws out the jucies, the seal is not made properly and can leak. You need to seal it twice. Or the other solution is to not use automatic vac and seal. Do it manually so the meat jucies don't reach the sealing area.

I love using this. We marinade meat with this vaccum sealer.

Have used this to break up big quantities of meat. Is cheaper this way and more efficient for a family of 2.

Product have adequate accessories for the below average user. Suction could be a little better.

This model is awesome, the standard model has a single seal and hardly vacuums
