Hat to upgrade to a larger version because of the amount of meets I prep. Love this brand. Reliable and easy to use!

This is a sturdy product. Allows more consecutive sealing than their smaller sealer. I did have some sealing failures when processing sliced ham. I was using the moist setting, and there was no free liquid until the vacuum started, I was using the bags that came with the unit. I've read reviews on some after market bags that may work better. The chamber tray is not removable, so cleaning could be easier, but it was not too difficult.

After catching 7 tuna the captain recommended vacuum sealing the meat. Using this product was almost as fun as catching the fish. It did the job.

Big upgrade from the cheap 1 i had. Bag roll on board and cutter work great. Having a wet option is nice, not having juice or water getting into the sealer

I was impressed straight from the box. So far I've ran 20lbs. of Meat through it without a hitch. I think this is a quality product that will last for years. I really like the look of quality, and the double sealer is a fantastic option.

This product did not work! It did not seal well - many of the bags quickly puffed up with air after sealing. I love the Anova brand. I have had an Anova immersion sous vide wand for years and it works great. I have another (much simpler) model of Anova vacuum sealer and it works great. It has no bells and whistles - just vacuums and seals. So I was excited to get this one that has bag roll storage inside and a cutter, plus an impressive clamp that holds down the lid firmly for sealing. However, the darned thing doesn't seal up the bags! Sometimes it did, other times not. I used to have a fancy sealer from the leading brand (the one that is a "food saver") and it was the same way - lots of cool features but the bags weren't actually sealed much of the time. I recommend you try the much simpler (and much cheaper) Anova vacuum sealer, also available at Best Buy.

I read a lot of reviews and said it doesn’t operate correctly. I believe it was mostly human error machine works flawlessly.

The Anova Precision Vacuum Sealer Pro is a workhorse. I've owned sealers before, but none with the power of this one. After closing and pressing the vacuum and seal button, you immediately see power of this machine.

For a long time I had been wanting to get one of these. I finally pulled the trigger during one of best buy sales. After a couple of weeks of use it wasn’t sealing the bags properly. I think it doesn’t get hot enough to melt the bag. The vacuum also feels weak, sometimes it won’t suck all the liquid out of the bag. Dissatisfy with the product I barely use it anymore. Thinking about trying a different brand.

Works as expected every time. I use this for sous vide prep and the seals always hold!
