Great sealer

"Moist" food does not work well with auto seal, but if you use the pulse you can get a pretty good outcome. Vacuum extremely strong. Love the cutter / roll inside. Very easy to use.

It sucks and that's a good thing

Sturdy

Allows more consecutive sealing than their smaller sealer. I did have some sealing failures when processing sliced ham. I was using the moist setting, and there was no free liquid until the vacuum started, I was using the bags that came with the unit. I've read reviews on some after market bags that may work better. The chamber tray is not removable, so cleaning could be easier, but it was not too difficult.

Vacuum Sealing Is the Way to Go

It will be a great addition to our kitchen. It will help preserve meats a lot longer than just placing them in the freezer in the grocery store packaging.

Easy to use - not sure of vacuum capacity

This is easy to use. Seals great. But not sure about the vacuum part. When I watch Youtube videos, people seem to be able to get more air out of their packaging.
