Ant-Man is another hit for Marvel that should only keep them at the top of the comic book movie genre. Probably one of their funniest movie, due in large part to Paul Rudd's Scott Lang/Ant-Man and Michael Pena's Luis. Michael Douglas and Evangeline Lilly are great as Hank Pym and Hope Van Dyne. Ant-Man also has some great visuals, especially when Scott is shrinking and growing. The film also uses his abilities to create some fun and exciting action scenes that are unlike any other scenes from previous MCU films.

Ant-Man is the best of MCU and Paul Rudd combined. Paul Rudd adds a different dimension of humor in a well established universe fitting nicely between the comedic and action oriented films that fill up the highly popular world of Marvel Cinematics. Enjoyable for the whole family and will easily entertain any fans of Paul's other films, it's become one of my favorites inside and outside of the MCU.

Disney is continuing it's release of Matt Ferguson art inspired steelbooks. Ant-Man is the 4th release of the series, following the first 2 Avengers movies, and Captain America Civil War. I enjoy the artwork on the steel itself, but the price is a bit steep, and thus why I would assume these steelbooks continue to rot on the shelves at local stores. $29.99 for a catalog title, that has just 1 disc, no bonus disc with features or DVD copy, etc., is just sad. These should have hit the shelves with a price of $17.99 or less to make them more appealing. I can only hope that they continue the release of the Marvel line, otherwise collecting this steelbook, or the 3 others I mentioned is pointless as it will always be incomplete.

Ant-Man isn't one of the more widely known Marvel characters, but he plays a sizable role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, especially in the case of the Avengers. So, it's understandable that many people, myself included didn't rush to see this movie. but Marvel has done it again, and this is the best sleeper movie of all the MCU has put out so far! Has decent action, great supporting cast and story line. It's a must see if you haven't seen it and always worth at least a second view after your seen it the first time!

Have been wanting to buy "Ant-Man" for quite a while and glad I waited so I could find this SteelBook! The SteelBook is really nice looking and a personal collectible of mine, and with the presentation adds something else that can be enjoyed (to look at)...besides the movie that came with it and for which I originally purchased. Format wise, I was really happy too. Definitely would recommend!

I initially hesitated on buying this movie. I had not seen it in the theater and although hearing it was of course a Marvel movie, just like Guardians of The Galaxy, I put it on the back burner. However, I am glad to have bought this movie and upon watching it, I now can go into future Marvel masterpieces with a clearer understanding of this character's origins. Guardians of The Galaxy... Well, no connection that I know of to the Avengers so I will continue to put it in the background. WATCH ANT-MAN FOR SURE!!!

Ant man isn't the flashiest MCU hero but it's one of the most unique origin stories in the pantheon. In genre terms, it delivers a pretty straight comedy experience with three beat comedy setups consistently paying off. The performances are great and the movie provides a critical kickoff to the most elaborate saga/arc in modern film-making. The steelbook 4k is a must have for MCU enthusiasts, great art inside and out.

Ant-Man is another marvel comic that was pretty well done considering. Professor Pam works on the pimp article to cause a man to shrink down to size of an app.Physically that's impossible because it would destroy the human body over and over again. Yeah through the magic of comic books CGI graphics it was very well done.the story of ant Man I would give three and a half Stars, the acting I would give four stars, CGI graphics I would give four stars, the movie overall I would give three and a half to possibly four stars.yet if your model fan this is a must have because it coincides with all the other marvel movies on how things fall into place.

I went into this movie knowing nothing at all about the Ant-man character. Surprisingly this movie was very well done and has ended up being one of my favorite of the Marvel movies. The story is excellent and well presented. The CGI and 3D, while not the best I have seen, are still top notch and fit the movie well. There are no points in the movie where I felt it took away from the overall movie. I would definitely recomend this movie if you have not seen it before and you are a fan of the Marvel movies.

Paul Rudd is the astonishing Ant-Man and Michael Douglas is his mentor - what a combination! This movie is as funny as it is action-packed and the new steelbook artwork looks fantastic. I was happy to see this re-release and I hope Best Buy continues to reissue more steelbooks including all of Phase 1 (which never had a US steelbook release) and the out of print Dr Strange steelbook. Make Mine Marvel, especially if it’s a blu-ray steelbook!

I avoided this movie when it came out in theaters because Marvel had given Ant-Mans' main story to Tony Stark for Avengers 2(in the comic book Ant-Man helped to create Ultron). So after the events of Civil War I went back and watched this movie and enjoyed the fresh take on Antman. Paul Rudd was funny and engaging as a former criminal trying to turn his life around and be better for his daughter. A very good entry into the MCU

I didn't see this at the theatres because the trailer didn't grab my interest. So i decided to wait till the DVD release. Boy, was I wrong! First, the packaging. The steel book secures that the disc doesn't get damaged. I prefer this packaging over the usual. Buying the combo is the best because you have your disc to leave at home and the digital copy that i downloaded and can watch it on the go ANYWHERE from my mobile device. The 3D graphics brought my 3D. Blu-Ray player to life.

I really enjoyed this movie, and I really enjoyed the 3D. I thought that even though it wasn't shot in 3D, the conversion was done very well. And if any movie should be seen in 3D, it should be this one. As for extras, there's a making of, deleted & extended scenes, and a audio commentary by Peyton Reed and Paul Rudd. And don't forget that you also get a digital copy, and in this case it's iTunes. All in all I'm very glad that I got this disk.

Ant Man is a clever and humorous film that transcends expectations to quickly become one of the most beloved movies churned out of Marvel. It combines action and humor seamlessly to create a film with a flavor all its own that sets it apart from other Marvel films. Though it does not surpass the greatness of Guardians of the Galaxy or Captain America: Civil War, it still manages to capture the hearts and attention of the audience and is a film to talk about for years to come.

Don't you love it when your are pleasantly surprised about something looks really dumb and cheesy and corny and then find out that it is actually really, really good? Ant-man is that. This movie should not work. A super hero that the average personal probably has never heard of. A super power that is at first glance seems particularly useless. The Marvel formula of action-comedy-fantasy-sci-fi really shines here. I only regret that I did not see this on the big screen.

This movie was way better than I thought it would be. It's funny and makes fun of itself at times. Even though I am major creeped out by ants, I have watched this film more than once. Marvel did an awesome job of bringing Ant man into the M universe. It has important ties that you don't want to miss if you're patching together the entire Marvel Universe. So don't pass this one.

When I heard that Ant-Man was to be made, I was very skeptical about how it would turn out. I was also a bit skeptical about Paul Rudd as a superhero. But, as it turns out, this one is right up there with the first Avengers and the Captain America movies. It's my wife's #1 favorite Marvel movie. I recommend if you haven't seen it, and like the Marvel franchise, you need to see it. Instant favorite! And it is one of the best 3D movies at home too - it was made for it!
