Of all the standalone MCU movies, this one is my favorite. The action scenes are really creative, and there is a lot of great humor mixed in. The new characters that are introduced to the MCU in this movie are all great additions that I can't wait to see again.

Ant man has always been an interesting character in the marvel universe. The movie isn't a let down from the other Marvel movies. We're getting to meet a new superhero and seeing if he has what it takes to be ant man while getting new bad guys in at the same time. It may not be one of the best marvel movies, but it definitely is one worth buying to watch over again and keep the collection of comic book movies.

The end of Phase 2 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is a fun and whimsical romp. Lots of action and comedy throughout with plenty of cameos and Easter eggs to satisfy the most devout of the MCU faithful! As always, stay after the credits and Make Mine Marvel!

This steelbook was received without any damage. I had not previously owned this movie and saw the steelbook was on sale. I ordered many of the marvel steelbook during the sale and 2 of them came damaged.

Being a casual super hero genre fan I wasn't expecting much out of this movie not knowing anything about the character going in, but I was pleasantly surprised. Paul Rudd is great and Marvel seems to have the formula down for combining action drama and humor.

believable back story introduces a new marvel character. a relatable "everyman" suddenly gifted with powers and the responsibilities that go with that power. enjoyable support characters, certain to recur. loved this film!

This movie is great. I thought marvel had made magic with guardians of the galaxy but Antman shows they are not done yet. The action of this little hero hits in a BIG way in this movie. A superhero adventure worth watching again. Big 5 stars marvel well done.

The bluray was great. The 4k version is video perfection. Absolutely astounding. Dolby vision would of made this a A+ I graded it A. This movie is a great story for all ages. Nice steel book

Now, I have to admit it isn't exactly true to the comic but it was still very well done. I've seen folks not familiar with the comics really enjoy this comic. You're endeared to Scott Lang and his plight. It's great to see his evolution into a super hero.

I had hesitated when buying this movie as it never struck me as something I wanted to watch. Then one day I decided to watch all of the Marvel movies in order and had to get this to fill the gap. Was very glad I did as it was an excellent movie.

If you're a fan of comedy, Paul Rudd, heist stories, superheroes, etc. you should love Ant-Man. There were some directorial flip-flops but the finished product is great. Such a nice low-stakes, fun, light-hearted MCU production.

I normally hate anything that's Marvel. I am currently a mom and gamer who is completing my Masters in Film soon so I have been broadening my horizons a bit. This film kept me looking at the screen and not glancing at my phone, and I was surprised. So I would definitely say that it was a good film and would recommend it for a family night, or a dad with son night. Pleasantly surprised!

An excellent addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. No spoilers, for those few who haven't seen it, but as usual the quality is fantastic and the movie is great. If you are a Marvel Fan this is a must see. I love the Steelbook that this version came in.

I thought it was a good movie. The main character had broken the law and had serve his time in jail. When he got out of jail, it was impossible to get a job. He was searched out and selected to be ant man because he was a good man and he would be honorable.

Was kind of iffy about a movie about Ant-Man, but was pleasantly surprised. The effects was a given that it would be first class since it is Marvel. The story telling was superb and the acting was very good. Ant-Man was one of the better movies of the year!

I couldn't have picked a better actor to play this wonderful hero! I was really skeptical of buying this movie at first until I got to see it at my friends house and fell in love with it. Bottom line: If you buy this movie you will not regret it!

Marvel Studios always produces a great product. With Ant-Man the only problem with the movie was Michael Douglas. He wasn't nearly convincing enough in his role, P. Rudd is always funny, and I forget the actress' name, but she's always delicious.

The movie is important in the MCU and should be required viewing if you're just getting into the MCU. Explains a lot of things that will come after it.

My wife and I really enjoy the Marvel movies, always looking for Stan Lee of course. This one didn't really do it for us though. Maybe we're getting tired of comic book movies, after all, Hollywood is pouring them out monthly it seems. It's a good movie, not just great like many of the others. But it is worth owning especially if you're into Marvel movies. Enough said.

One of the better super hero movies. Good cast and acting. Great special effects and lots of action. Some of the action scenes were quite funny such as the train a bug zapper fight scenes. There was a lot of humor in the entire movie. Highly recommend.
