I bought this AOC travel monitor for use with my HP Pavilion laptop during ham radio field events, camping, and portable operating — and it’s become a permanent part of my go-kit. Pros: • Lightweight and ultra-portable • Crisp, bright 15.6” display • Easy plug-and-play setup (HDMI to mini-HDMI) • Great as a second screen for laptops on the go • Runs great off a portable power bank or solar generator What I love: The screen is slim, packs easily in my gear bag, and works perfectly outdoors. I use it for digital logging and monitoring ham radio data during Field Day events. Even in daylight, the screen is visible and responsive. The fold-out stand is simple but effective, and the build quality has held up well in real-world conditions. If you’re into travel, portable setups, or just need a reliable second monitor for productivity or hobby use, this AOC is a solid choice. Definitely worth it. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

Worth it, mine was open box. So got it for around $100. It was probably returned cause someone meant to get a tablet, didn't know it was a monitor. Must have Power from Source to power on! It travels with my Yoga. I can use the Yogas Touch screeen and then this is my additional monitor. The little foldable thing that comes with it is fine. I like the solid rubber nubs on the bottom, they bite on surfaces well. I like that there are 2 bolt threads on back for accessories & adaptability Super handy when traveling for work

It's a nice Monitor. Love that it comes with a case on it that allows it to stand, and that protects the screen when I put it in my backpack. Resolution is nice. Size is nice. And its very lightweight. It comes with one usb-c to usb-c wire, I believe made for power. **You need to have a mini-hdmi or USB-c cable to connect to your computer. My *one* complaint is that for some reason when I use the USB-C cable to connect from the screen to my laptop, it also sends power to the laptop (since the screen is connected to an outlet). At first, this used to charge my laptop which was great! A 2 in 1. But then I realized it started to just heat up my laptop and actually decrease its power. So I had to get a mini-hdmi to hdmi adapter so I can just connect normally. So no issue anymore.

Okay, so the good: The price - excellent The screen size - excellent The cover/stand - best I've used Ease of use - plugged it into a 2019 13 inch MacBook Pro and 2024 16 inch MacBook Pro, flawless. The bad: The buttons - I accidentally put it in my laptop bag with the buttons facing down, guess what, the power button broke and is now pushed permanently in, unusable. While this was my fault, my wife and daughter's monitors, the buttons are on the front so I am going to ding AOC for this design. As an add, I gently carried this around in my laptop bag, so the button breaking means it's delicate/fragile. Brightness - It's very dim, even when you turn it up to 100%. Flickering - randomly, the screen started to behave bizarrely, unplug, plug back in, fixed. It could be the drivers on my MacBook, only happened on the 2019 model. However, worth mentioning.

Great way to add a screen to your laptop that is east to travel with. Great value, Matte screen. Comes with the wire. Works like a charm! Comes with a build in case that is also a stand!

Excellent for trips and easy to use, also really great for gaming if using a console as well! Highly recommend. Keep in mind, you must buy an additional micro HDMI adaptor/ cable, which is not included. If it came with a micro HDMI cable/ adaptor, i would give it 5 stars

This monitor has been the highlight of my gaming setup. It’s not to be getting work done or playing video games and being able to watch tv at the same time.

So easy to use right out of the book. I connected to my laptop to have a second screen during a presentation so that i could see the next slide and some speaker notes. The screen is rhe perfect size to easily read even from a few feet away. And inlove how it has a case/holder and traveled well.

The product serves exactly the purpose I wanted it for. I can quickly set up a multi-monitor work station anywhere I want inside or outside. Compared to a MacBook display, the colors are not as true, but that's ok for my needs. I would recommend the product for anyone who has a similar desire for affordable flexibility and portability.

I love the ease of setting this up ( Even though the salesman duped me and said I had to have an HDMI cord which I didn't). The clarity is very good. I'm thrilled with this purchase.

Purchased this for a last minute business trip. Wasn't sure what to expect. Setup was a breeze, easy plug and play. Color is vibrant and matched my laptop. Easily the best purchase I've made for business.

Excellent portable monitor. Is lightweight, has very good picture quality, is easy to use and I love I can take it with me every where in my backpack.also it brings the type c cable to connect to the computer or the main source.

Loved this monitor. It was light portable and compatible with my Dell laptop. Usb-c cable is short but gets the job done.

It has a real good picture and I like that I can plug my phone in and watch movies
