    We bought these to use with a gaming PC. Both of our graphics cards have 2 DVI and 1 HDMI outputs, but the monitor only has VGA and HDMI connections. Also, it comes with a VGA cable, which has much poorer performance than the HDMI would have. I don't see why a modern full-HD monitor would go for VGA over DVI.
