great monitor only issue is the cord is was too short

AVOID this monitor if you want a real HDR experience. I had it for 2 weeks and spent more time trying to calibrate it and adjust brightness and the washed out colors. At only 400 nits peak brightness it doesn’t get anywhere near bright enough for real HDR and it looks completely washed out. There’s a reason this thing is $399. The AOC g-menu software is TERRIBLE. This monitor cannot be updated firmware wise either. It looks DECENT in SDR, but only just. If you’re buying OLED, you’re doing it for HDR, let’s be honest.

Monitor was amazing for two weeks until a black/purple vertical line appeared dead center in my screen and never went away. Had to exchange. Mind you I’m the 2 weeks I probably put less than 10 hours of screen time on it.

Customer service was terrible. Ordered it on December 14, 2025. Received notice that it was being shipped on December 17. No other notices received. On December 20 I called customer service to find out that the item was "LOST". No one contacted me, I contacted Best Buy. Then in order to have it sent to the location designated by December 24, the service rep told me I would have to pay an additional $56.00. Then the manager was put on the phone only to waive that charge; however, the package was, in fact, not expedited to get to the destination on December 24, but instead was delivered on December 26. Customer service did not follow through and simply told me something I wanted to hear which was not true. Will never deal with Best Buy again.

Another Aoc let down nothing against best buy i love them. The low latency mode does not work i am a semi pro gamer who needs certain specs and when i buy it i feel like i should get it. i contacted their support team several times and never had any answer back. they are a nightmare to deal with please save youre money!!!

flimsy might as well not even come with a stand. shakes around vigorously if u make a slight movement.

Shipped this item to the wrong address and Best Buy and after the first two attempts to get a refund of over $400 I am now told they will refuse to issue me a refund. They instead told me to file a police report but no refund. I call them thieves.

got scammed for a best buy black Friday version of the monitor I wanted, I would consider best buy employees more as con-men then actual salesmen.

For the price it is a very nice monitor. Game graphics look great in the 1440p and the colors look nice too. I just wish it was a bit brighter, but if this is your budget it still is a good monitor.

Absolutely awesome monitor, this thing blows away all the other monitors I've had to this point. It was super easy to get setup with my pc and run at 240hz with gsync enabled.

The color depth is unreal i thought the monitor was off the black is so deep and pure
