This is easily the best gaming monitor for a low budget setup. 1080p great quality with great fps.

I originally purchased this monitor for my gaming setup do to is great sale price for the OLED picture. The manufacturers site stated this is compatible with Xbox Series X at 2K 120hz. That is not the case. I spent hours looking at tutorials and messing with settings to try and enable it. No go. I believe it’s due to the HDMI 2.0 port. I returned and bought an LG monitor that worked right out of the box. I would not recommend this monitor unless gaming on PC.

Customer service was terrible. Ordered it on December 14, 2025. Received notice that it was being shipped on December 17. No other notices received. On December 20 I called customer service to find out that the item was "LOST". No one contacted me, I contacted Best Buy. Then in order to have it sent to the location designated by December 24, the service rep told me I would have to pay an additional $56.00. Then the manager was put on the phone only to waive that charge; however, the package was, in fact, not expedited to get to the destination on December 24, but instead was delivered on December 26. Customer service did not follow through and simply told me something I wanted to hear which was not true. Will never deal with Best Buy again.

Monitor looks great but for the life of me, my buddy and I could not get it to display 1440p. Xbox would only allow 1080p at 120. Returned it and got an LG ultragear and it recognized 4k@120 instantly out of the box.

Shipped this item to the wrong address and Best Buy and after the first two attempts to get a refund of over $400 I am now told they will refuse to issue me a refund. They instead told me to file a police report but no refund. I call them thieves.
