BEWARE- Garbage product/Doesn't honor the warranty
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Monitor was ok for a few months, and then suddenly had lines all across the screen. Tried to warranty it with the manufacturer, because it comes with a 2 year warranty. They keep telling me they’ll email me with directions to return it, to get a new one. But the email never comes. Im just getting the run around over the phone. Pretty sure they make it as difficult as possible, so that you give up, and they don’t have to replace it. Because who makes you wait 24 hours for an email saying they have started/accepted your return, and then another 24 hours, for the email with the directions to return to be emailed. I’ve been through this twice now, and I still haven’t received any emails. And yes I’ve checked my junk/spam folder. They just aren’t doing what they are supposed to do. Garbage customer service & garbage products. BEWARE: THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS & DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY.

Came with stuck buttons

Cannot Use Features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm trying to adjust the settings on the monitor, but the menu keeps opening up a pop up window telling me that adjust that setting will change the power consumption. I can toggle up and down to highlight yes or no, but none of the five buttons on the monitor will actually allow me to select it. I've googled the manual and can find nothing about it. I've asked to chat with Geek squad and their only response was "I can understand your concern".

Poor video

Eh monitor

Do not buy this monitor

So frustrating.i bought it due to the good reviews and now I am out a monitor because it does not work. The settings are correct all required cords are plugged in and this just happened out of nowhere. The menu button won’t work either I just get a black screen that says no signal so ridiculous.

Not the best
