    Monitor was ok for a few months, and then suddenly had lines all across the screen. Tried to warranty it with the manufacturer, because it comes with a 2 year warranty. They keep telling me they’ll email me with directions to return it, to get a new one. But the email never comes. Im just getting the run around over the phone. Pretty sure they make it as difficult as possible, so that you give up, and they don’t have to replace it. Because who makes you wait 24 hours for an email saying they have started/accepted your return, and then another 24 hours, for the email with the directions to return to be emailed. I’ve been through this twice now, and I still haven’t received any emails. And yes I’ve checked my junk/spam folder. They just aren’t doing what they are supposed to do. Garbage customer service & garbage products. BEWARE: THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS & DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY.

    I’m not sure if the one I got was defective but it would not allow me to mess with any of the settings so I just had a horrible experience with it. I had to return it.
