Cannot Use Features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm trying to adjust the settings on the monitor, but the menu keeps opening up a pop up window telling me that adjust that setting will change the power consumption. I can toggle up and down to highlight yes or no, but none of the five buttons on the monitor will actually allow me to select it. I've googled the manual and can find nothing about it. I've asked to chat with Geek squad and their only response was "I can understand your concern".

Came with stuck buttons

Poor video

Do not buy this monitor

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only had this monitor for 3 months and it is now saying No Signal and won’t work. So frustrating.i bought it due to the good reviews and now I am out a monitor because it does not work. The settings are correct all required cords are plugged in and this just happened out of nowhere. The menu button won’t work either I just get a black screen that says no signal so ridiculous.

Eh monitor

Terrible
