I am sure there is a downloadable feature, but I couldn’t get past the lag effect. The product works as intended, but did not have the picture quality I was looking for.

Solid product

A CD is provided, but I had to search the manufacturer website for the driver since I don’t have a CD drive. The graphics aren’t beautiful, but it gets the job done. I was recently in a class where I desperately needed a second screen. I just plugged this into my laptop’s USB port and started using it immediately. I’m satisfied.

Second monitor

I work from home and the second monitor my job gave me broke so I needed a new one and I’m glad I went with this! Very sleek and the quality so far is amazing! I also bought the geek squad protection just in case. Did the curbside pick up as well and that went smoothly. Got my purchase in no time and didn’t have to wait on a line or deal with crowds. Overall extremely satisfied with my purchase. Thx Best Buy!!!

It is also light weight and consumes with soft case to put in when not in use.i even recommended it to another coworker that bought it as well.

Not horrible, not good either
