Affordable

Your laptop will automatically find it. However, without the installed drivers, it seems I cannot control the brightness of the screen. Which is annoying at night. Overall, affordable and does the job!

Great for dual monitor

Could be better but useable

My only drawback for this was the inability to change the brightness its dimmer than I would like which makes seeing while outside difficult.

Selling old technology

Pretty old technology and lots of computers no longer even include one. Manual itself is iffy and it appears the drivers themselves are quite antiquated (Manual refers to very old versions of Windows). Best Buy should not be carrying this type of product.

It came with a CD to install software, but my laptop doesn't have a CD reader. I thought I'd be able to download driver software online instead, but after phoning The Geek Squad, I ended up returning this product and buying another monitor that worked very easily!

Works Well

Not the best picture but it does work well for Business Men on the go. Easy to connect. Easy to operate. Really helps having a convenient second monitor for the laptop to work at remote places.

Nice Portable monitor

We traveled with this and carried it on a plane with no problems. The USB port in the back seems like it is flimsy but we have not had any problems with it yet.

It would not come on. So I tried several other things other than a computer it would not turn on. So, if you need an extended screen for something other than a computer DO NOT PURCHASE THIS.
