I bought it. I had to load a driver CD from 2016, it was not HDMI. A message came up on my screen saying my 2020 version of Windows10 was experimental, so there was no guarantee the monitor was compatable. BestBuy used to be a great place to buy tech. Now it only serves to install car radios.

If you use the wrong end of the usb cables it won’t work. Also randomly decides not to be recognized on startup. When it does work, it’s great. Comes with a decent padded case too

The screen quality is poor and every time I move it it blanks out and needs tweaking. Plug in, reboot, play around with everything, finally... Every. Single. Time. I'm better at your Geek Squad than getting it to run. If this were about 29 dollars, I would give it a better rating... It was all you had in stock, so I'm stuck with it in a bind.

This is TRASH!!

It wanted my connected computers to be running on Windows 8. It messed up my system so bad, my IT guy had to wipe my computer and reinstall everything. Do NOT buy this product.

Great second screen
