Did not work at all. Completely worthless.

I brought it to a professional computer repair store and he could not get it to work either. The only good thing was that it was quick and easy to return to Best Buy. There were lots of warnings in the reviews that this was a unusable piece of equipment, and I had ignored.

Below par 1980's screen resolution.

The screen does light up and makes a noise when first connected. However, screen resolution literally reminds me of my days playing pong in the early 80s. Plus, there are so many alternatives with higher resolution (several orders of magnitude apparently) and a flatter, more user-friendly shape, that I cannot recommend this at all. It's horrible. It's Atari graphics on a $200 screen. Don't buy.

Seems good but cannot get to work.

Spoke with a worker in the store about compatibility before the purchase and was assured that it would work. After toying with it for over an hour, I never could get it to work with the system and I will be returning it in the morning. This was very disappointing.

Clunky

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The set up took several extra steps to use on a MacBook Prop 2014 model but once it was downloaded and set up it works pretty easily. It does cause some concern flickering when you first attach it. But it is nice to not have to have an extra power source and fits nicely into my backpack. I don't know that it will have a life after this since all the new computer are all USB-C and there is VERY LITTLE information about the product on-line.
