    IF your eyes are sensitive to screen time them look for an IPS option. I found one used on ebay and it makes a world of difference. This one broke very quickly, screen is sensitive. Don't put inside backpack. BEST BUY WILL NOT ASSIST YOU! Read warranty carefully. OVERALL THE MONITOR GETS THE JOB DONE.

    This product is not suitable for current laptops, or most mobile systems. Requires a CD drive to download the driver and failed to connect to a Dell computer.

    Isn’t compatible with my laptop..didn’t get a typical 30 day return policy so I am stuck with a monitor that I cannot use!!!

    I picked the product up on my way out of town. When I got to my destination, it did not work and I immediately notified Best Buy. Because I couldn’t make it back to their store (within 2 weeks) while traveling, they would not allow me to return it and forced me back to the supplier. I’m a lifelong Best Buy customer. Now I see why others are switching to the convenience of direct online shipments.
