    I picked the product up on my way out of town. When I got to my destination, it did not work and I immediately notified Best Buy. Because I couldn’t make it back to their store (within 2 weeks) while traveling, they would not allow me to return it and forced me back to the supplier. I’m a lifelong Best Buy customer. Now I see why others are switching to the convenience of direct online shipments.

    Want to offend a Mac user? Ask them to install a driver. Want to make them angry make them install two different versions of a driver that still don't work. I should have known when I saw the CD rom in the box that this would not work. I am using a 2019 Macbook Pro running Monterey 12.6.5 I installed the latest driver from displaylink.com, then the latest legacy driver when that didn't work. all the monitor ever did was power up and go dead again. I'm done!
