Never got it to work

Returned it. Great idea and would love to have a second screen without having to lug all those power cords around.

Mac users beware.

Want to make them angry make them install two different versions of a driver that still don't work. I should have known when I saw the CD rom in the box that this would not work. I am using a 2019 Macbook Pro running Monterey 12.6.5 I installed the latest driver from displaylink.com, then the latest legacy driver when that didn't work. all the monitor ever did was power up and go dead again. I'm done!

Horrible customer service (out of the box failure)

When I got to my destination, it did not work and I immediately notified Best Buy. Because I couldn’t make it back to their store (within 2 weeks) while traveling, they would not allow me to return it and forced me back to the supplier. I’m a lifelong Best Buy customer. Now I see why others are switching to the convenience of direct online shipments.

Not friendly for Macs

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is supposed to be plug-and-play but does not plug and play nicely with Macs with no online drivers that I could find, and installed the CD that came with it. Called customer support, (expecting them to send me links to Mac drivers,) left messages, emailed twice and no response. It may be great with PCs, but Macs, not so much. I don't like leaving a poor review but customer service never wrote back after 5 days and 3 calls. And it is opened now, so I would lose 15% on the return.

Does not work
