Dont buy unless you want to use their 2 foot cable

Tried longer cable, active usb cable, powered hub and at best it is inconsistent. Very disappointed, would return it if I had not thrown away the box.

Outdated product

It comes with a CD to install the proper drivers and did not work easily as a plug and play with my windows 10 laptop. Since many laptops have not bad CD drives for at least five years, I tried to find the correct driver to install. After an hour and multiple installs and reboots, I gave up on this item and am returning it. The size is also bulky and comes with no screen protection for travel. For only around $50 more, you can get a much better product that was made for this decade of technology.

Simply plug in the usb cord and it works. However, if you prefer high quality picture, this screen is not for you. The picture quality is fair but it serves its purpose so I can view multiple documents at once. Not bad for its inexpensive price.

I had to return it and purchased something else. It had good reviews so I’m guessing I just got a faulty monitor.

Sure it only takes one cable - what the description doesn't mention is that the cable splits into two, and needs two USB ports on your computer. Absolutely useless on a work laptop with only one USB port. And no, random Best Buy employee who handled my return, I do not want to purchase a splitter just to make this item work.

If you have it positioned in it's natural stand angle, you will start to notice the black color disappear. It's probably good for minimal things, maybe a client presentation, but for anything else, not that great.

not happy camper

It kept flicking. I tried troubleshooting it did not work. I tried restarting it did not work. I did everything download driver still kept flicking.

It has a cd to install drivers but who has a computer older than 2012? With a optical drive. Couldn’t find the right driver for my Mac to use in vertical mode. Worked on my windows 10 work machine but the color and image quality was off. Returned it

It's not as thin as it implies in the images. The display is grainy, and why would you put the USB port under the stand ! I really want to send this back.

It's resolution is so outdated and you'll frustrated with very small usable screen if you have to work a lot of Excel sheets. If you just watch movie or surf internet on this monitor it shall be OK.
