Not a plug and play

It doesn't work. I took it to geek squad, and they couldn't get it to work either. It included a cd I suppose for the driver. But no one has a CD-ROM anymore. I could not find the driver online either. I had to return it

Nice design but not running very nice software

Drivers Not Compatible With Win 10

Not able to use it with my Mac book

Getting it home was not at all what you would think of as something portable. I have a 15" Laptop, and this screen was much larger and thicker than my computer.

Poor quality, Awful Customer Service

Attempted to use the "warranty", AOC does not pay for shipping so I spent $50 shipping it myself. I received the monitor today after being told that it was fixed only to find the monitor still broken in my original packaging.

Doesn't work with USB-C

Customer service said it won't work if you need an adapter (Including USB-C to USB-A cables). Could be a great 2nd monitor if it could work with USB-C.

Below are some troubleshooting tips:
-Try using the plug and play feature of your computer. Make sure that both USB cables are connected to the computer's USB ports to provide enough power. It may take some time for your computer to connect.
- If the above does not work. Depending on your computer OS version, it's possible you may need the Installation of USB Graphic software on your computer, called "DisplayLink". This software can be downloaded from the DisplayLink website.
Please download the DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows, see the link below: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/windows
After installation, restart your computer
