Bad Quality, Bad Service

After traveling with this product in its carrying case and in a protective backpack the screen broke. This is a "portable monitor," it should be portable. Terrible quality. When I tried to return/exchange the product, management would do nothing to help me and I was left to cover the bill of a product used once.

You have to install software from a CD , and the software is not compatible with Windows 11. Pass on this one and get one that is plug and play with Windows 11 compatibility.

The screen comes with a carrying case and I stored it with my laptop in a protected bag. After one trip from the office home, the screen was already damaged. On to the next option

Don't buy if you have a mac

Very old tech. Instructions look like they were written by google translate. Wondering about Best Buy's sourcing if they are selling this in good conscience.

Do not buy.

If I was still within the 15 day return window I would return as fast as possible. One monitor began only displaying gray on day 2. Very hard to find drivers for windows 10, good luck if you try to use with 11. Don’t be cheap buy a nicer one.

I have a high end laptop and quite certain it wasn’t the computer’s issue. The overall size of the display, mainly the depth is much larger than other competitive brands and doesn’t travel well. While this model is inexpensive, it’s clear you get what you pay for. I do not recommend this and actually returned it to the store for refund

Did not work on my Mac
