Perfectly, Amazingly, HORRIBLE!!

There is not a single modern laptop that has a CD-ROM drive! I went online to download the drivers. After 8 attempts, I gave up. The low price doesn't justify the near lack of any speakable quality of this product. I returned and returned and received a full refund.

Won't last long

The screen would randomly turn off then on again. Now the screen continuously blink and no longer usable as a double screen. Also did not like that you had to download program to use screen, this is not a plug in play.

Have contacted the company but they said in automatic email that it would be a few business days before they will answer.

But this is not conducive for travel- it is thick/deep and heavy, so you will need to pack it versus using your carry on. Also, the picture quality is only ok. A coworker bought a different brand online that cost less, and it was significantly better. I returned this so I could buy the other product as a result. If you need something today, this is your only option. If you can wait for shipping, buy something else.

Driver download using cdrom

It requires CD rom to download software for the driver. I never bothered to use it. Just returned it. So I don’t have basis to rate its functionality/performance.

Monitor Review

I returned the screen immediately. The recycling fee was not refunded even though I returned everything so no recycling was needed.

Very Fragile! Do not waste your money!

Need cd input to install a monitor….

You can easily just get a usb monitor rather dealing with this trouble

Older monitor, not compatible with Mac

Not compatible with either my iMac or PowerBook, as neither has a CD drive. Upon researching, found out that this monitor was released in 2013! Best Buy did not advertise accurately. Could not download a compatible driver. Returned the next day.

Poor Quality

The graphics on the screen are awful and it appears to be cracked underneath. I have only used this screen a handful of times and I am disappointed by the quick decline. Would not repurchase.
